Blu-ray Review: 'Source Code' - Yahoo! Movies

"Source Code" releases in a single Blu-ray disc featuring a fast-paced sci-fi thriller from Duncan Jones, the filmmaker who made a name for himself in his critically acclaimed 2009 debut feature "Moon." Although this sophomore piece is not as intellectually compelling and is clearly not an independent motion picture work like his first film, the young and promising director still creates scenes that interestingly unveil themselves in unique and entertaining ways. The 93-minute film features Jake Gyllenhaal as a military man in a mission to stop the bombing of a commuter train by inhabiting the body of one of the passengers.

Blu-ray Review: 'Top Gun' 25th Anniversary Release - Yahoo! Movies

In line with the 25th anniversary of the movie described as the best recruitment video for future Naval aviators to date, "Top Gun" re-releases the film with a Blu-ray combo pack inclusive of a DVD and a digital copy. However, surprisingly, it doesn't offer much as an anniversary release. It highlights a new disc packaging artwork, but it doesn't showcase anything new in terms of technical specifications and special features.

Released in a single 25GB Blu-ray disc, the straight-to-video action flick "Born to Raise Hell" features a comeback movie for veteran action star Steven Seagal. As expected, this film is filled with a lot shooting, swearing, and Seagal as the hero who never fails to beat any bad guy lingering around.
